The site was easy to use overall, so that part was fine. A few things I had my eye on were already sold out though, which was kind of annoying, especially with sizes disappearing so quickly. I still ended up finding something else that worked, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. Just feels like the availability could be a bit better

I ordered a hoodie and a couple of small fan items, and honestly? It’s fine. Like, not terrible, not amazing, just… fine. The print looks good if you’re not inspecting it up close, but the hoodie material is thinner than I thought it would be, which was kind of disappointing. I washed it once and it held up okay, so points for that, but it’s not exactly the cozy, super-soft hoodie I was hoping for. Nothing arrived broken or looked awful, so I can’t really complain too much, but for the price I expected a bit better. I’d probably only buy again if there was a sale.

I put in a promo code at checkout and it looked like it worked, but then after I paid, the discount was just gone. This was maybe last Tuesday or Wednesday, I can’t remember exactly, but the sale banner was definitely still showing on the site. When I contacted support, they just told me the sale had ended, which felt sketchy since the promo was still being advertised. I only ordered because of that discount, so losing it after checkout really annoyed me. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.
